By using our website, you accept these Terms & Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part, please refrain from using our website. These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Billing Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Exchange Policy, together govern your use of our services.

2. Use of the Website

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the website or services at any time, with or without prior notice.

3. Account Registration

Customers may shop as guests or create an account for convenience.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST, unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change product prices without prior notice.
Accepted payment methods include:
- Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, American Express)
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, Amazon Pay)
- Net Banking
- Digital Wallets & Pay Later options (where available)
- Cash on Delivery (COD) – available on select orders, subject to order value and courier availability.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver products across India through trusted courier partners.
Standard delivery timelines: 5–7 working days; Express delivery (where available): 2–4 working days.
Shipping charges may apply and will be calculated at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, strikes, natural calamities).

7. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Returns/Exchanges:
- We do not provide cash refunds once an order is paid.
- Customers may request an exchange or store credit if the product received is wrong, defective, or damaged (with proof such as unboxing video).
- Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Cancellations:
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. After that, cancellations may not be accepted.
Refunds (Rare Cases):
- In very rare, genuine cases (such as manufacturing defect or incorrect shipment), a refund may be issued at our sole discretion, and will be processed back to the original payment method.

8. Intellectual Property

All text, designs, graphics, product photos, and other content on shunyatimelessgrace.in are the property of Shunya Ethnic Wear and protected under Indian copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or misuse is strictly prohibited.
