Payment Terms

Immediate Payment: Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until payment is received. COD orders must be paid in full at delivery.

Changes to Orders
If you need to make changes to your order after placing it, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee modifications once an order is processed or shipped.
Cancellations & Refunds

Order Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. Beyond this window, cancellations may not be possible.

Refund Policy:

Once an order is paid for, we do not offer cash refunds.

Instead, customers are eligible for store credit or an exchange for another product of equal or higher value.

In very rare cases, if a genuine issue is identified (such as wrong product shipped or product defect), a money-back refund may be approved at our sole discretion.

COD orders, if cancelled or returned, will only be eligible for store credit or exchange.
