Welcome to Shunya Ethnic Wear – Where tradition meets timeless grace. These Billing Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern all billing activities between Shunya Ethnic Wear and our customers. By making a purchase on shunyatimelessgrace.in, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

We accept the following payment methods for your convenience:

Payment Terms

Immediate Payment: Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until payment is received. COD orders must be paid in full at delivery.
Currency: All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and all transactions will be processed in INR.
Taxes: Prices are inclusive of applicable GST. Customers are responsible for any additional state or local levies, if applicable.

Customers must provide accurate and complete billing details, including:

Any discrepancies may cause order delays or cancellations.

Order Confirmation

After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email/SMS with purchase details, including items ordered, billing & shipping addresses, and the total amount charged.

Invoices

Electronic invoices will be sent to the registered email provided during checkout.
For a printed invoice, you may request one by contacting our support team at support@shunyatimelessgrace.in.

Changes to Orders

If you need to make changes to your order after placing it, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee modifications once an order is processed or shipped.

Cancellations & Refunds

Order Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. Beyond this window, cancellations may not be possible.
Refund Policy:
- Once an order is paid for, we do not offer cash refunds.
- Instead, customers are eligible for store credit or an exchange for another product of equal or higher value.
- In very rare cases, if a genuine issue is identified (such as wrong product shipped or product defect), a money-back refund may be approved at our sole discretion.
- COD orders, if cancelled or returned, will only be eligible for store credit or exchange.

Disputes

For billing disputes or concerns, please contact our support team at support@shunyatimelessgrace.in within 7 days of the transaction date. We aim to resolve all issues promptly and fairly.
