At Shunya Ethnic Wear, your satisfaction is important to us. While we do not provide cash refunds, we are happy to offer exchanges or store credit under specific conditions. Please review the following terms carefully before making a request.


Terms and Conditions for Exchange/Store Credit

1. Unboxing Video (Mandatory)

  • A clear unboxing video of the package (showing the parcel before opening and during opening) must be provided at the time of delivery.

  • This is mandatory for all exchange/store credit requests.

2. Notification Period

  • Customers must inform us within 7 working days of receiving the item if an exchange or store credit is required.

  • Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

3. Required Information

To process your request, please share:

  • Your Order Number

  • The Unboxing Video

  • The reason for the exchange/store credit request (as per the eligibility criteria below)

4. Eligible Reasons for Exchange/Store Credit

We will consider requests only under the following circumstances:

  • Mismatched Order: Wrong size, color, or item received.

  • Damage: If the item arrives damaged/defective.

5. Process & Shipping

  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive a confirmation.

  • You must courier the item back to us at your own cost in unused and original condition.

  • After receiving the product, we will issue store credit or ship the replacement item to you at no additional shipping charge.
